I need sleep

It's been five days since baby Matthew was born and it has also been five days since I had slept for longer than 3 hours.

Aside from sleeping and feeding, his only other pasttime is crying his lungs out. I can't wait for him to start talking so at least he can tell me what he wants and skip the whole guessing game.

Two days

It had been two days since the "due date" of Christopher and until now he still have no inkling of coming out. Who would blame him? He has everything he needs inside Mommy's belly.

Well, KC's OB-Gyn in Manila predicted the due date to be this Friday (17 Feb). Let's just hope she is more accurate.

Baby log

I came up with this idea when I was waiting to fall asleep last night. I remember that my folks kept a baby journal when I was young and I enjoyed looking at it when I was old enough. Although we would also probably use a "hard copy" journal, I think it would also be great if Christopher Matthew would have his own online journal to document the first few months (or even years) of his life.

This will also be useful for our family members to check up on him and the progress he is making online. Undoubtedly, this blog will also be filled with a multitude of photographs.
